TYRF Election Results
--------------------------------------

Reuben Watkins of Bledsoe county was elected Chairman of the Tennessee Young Republican Federation.  Williamson County had three YRs elected as TYRF officers.  Dustin Dunbar as Vice Chair, Angela Hoover as Parliamentarian, and Susan Wilcox as National Committee Woman.

Jack Daniels Event
--------------------------------------

The TYRF will be hosting its second annual event at the Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg on Saturday, September 29.

Check-in is between 10:30 and 11:00 AM at the distillery.  At 11:00, a bus will take the attendees to lunch at Barbecue Hill.  Afterwards, the YRs will receive a tour of the Jack Daniels distiller.

Tickets are $25 and must be purchased in advance.  Contact Christy Mitchell at christy_mitchell@jackdaniels.com or at (931) 759-6319 for tickets.

Survey Results Forthcoming

A few months ago, we sent out a survey to all members and interested parties on the WCYR mailing list.  The results of the survey will be presented at the October meeting, Oct 9.
